Worst real estate agent in NYC. I don't know how to even start off because everything went wrong. He repeatedly pushed me to keep signing leases and tried to tell me how "amazing" apartments that were falling apart were. Then, I found out he lied to me about another place I was considering and the rent magically had gone up overnight. When speaking to the other broker in charge, Gabriel knew that I was going to find out the truth and wouldn't stop harassing me via phone calls and texts. I let him know how he wouldn't be assisting me anymore. Stand clear of him and ladies especially he will try to compliment you anytime you get and give you free passes to a spa blah blah blah

Wonderful broker!! Very flexible and able to work with my schedule. Showed me apartments within my budget and criteria. Would recommend him to anyone looking in the city. Very polite and professional!

I called his agency after my friend had used the same one a year ago. They connected me to his phone and we discussed what I wanted in an apartment. I said where I wanted to live and how much I wanted to spend, and afterwards he sent me three links in an email, I liked one of them and asked to see it asap, the next day we met and checked it out. It was a little small but the location was ideal (express subway a couple blocks away, etc.) So it fit the bill. In hindsight I should have looked more, but I don't have buyer's remorse so far. Next time I plan on avoiding a broker's fee, but that's not gabe's fault. We went back to sign the application, and there was some slight confusion in regard to the fee involved, but I read the form and it was pretty typical. A couple days later the lease came in and gabe waited while I went over it and made notes. I then moved in and had to call gabe to ask the building management to clean it up as it had some leftover junk on the shelves. They cleaned it up the same day, so thanks to gabe for the quick calls.
overall gabe was helpful and did a good job of making a stressful experience a little easier by answering my questions and being pleasant to talk to. He offered to help me find a no fee apt next time, which i'll likely take him up on, haha

Gabriel is driven and hungry, and you can tell. This is the best trait a broker can have - you know you can trust them to get the job done.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to ultimately rent the studio that Gabriel showed me in Harlem. This wasn't his doing, however, and he was absolutely attentive and supportive along the way. He made the process seamless and answered every question I had immediately. His turn around time and level of professionalism is impressive!

Extra points to Gabriel for showing me an apartment at 9pm, within a few hours of me texting him. He really does go above and beyond for you! I highly recommend him.

I haven't had great experiences with other brokers, but I was very immediately impressed with Gabe. He asked the right questions about what it was I was looking for and then took that and applied it to the next slate of apartments he showed me. While other brokers may try to get you above your price range or away from the area you suggested, Gabe is right on-target and all about fulfilling your needs. He's all about positive energy, which is great. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a broker for an apartment in NYC.

Gabe was absolutely amazing to work with. He found apartments within my price range and was very helpful throughout the entire process. A lot of times brokers will take you to apartments that look completely different but Gabe's apartments looked exactly like the pictures. With someone like Gabe you can sign off on the lease and be 100% confident that what you see is what you get. I have recommended him to two of my friends that will be searching for apartments within the next few months as well.

I worked with Gabe throughout February and into March. Even though we did not end up getting an apartment, he was so helpful! My boyfriend and I are waiting until June to move, but will definitely use Gabe.

I generally don't like working with brokers I meet through websites because they show you things that are not what you are looking for and out of your price range.

This happened to me with two other brokers I used before Gabe that I met through this website. He was different though. He told us his opinion on what he thought would work for us and ONLY showed us places within our budget. I highly recommend him!

Gabriel was very responsive and down to earth. He held true to his promises and found me a fantastic apartment!

I have spoken to many brokers and Gabriel was the one who stuck it out through the grueling process with the utmost PATIENCE and was not pushy at all. He was always punctual and kept me in line especially with all the information that I needed to retain and the documents I needed to gather. He is absolutely the best agent I have worked with!

He was available at all hours, and would jump at a moment's notice to show me a new listing which met my criteria. I met many brokers amidst my search for an apartment in Manhattan, and Gabriel found me the best selection of apartments strictly within the neighborhood I was firmly attached to. Also, he was the only broker who made me feel comfortable about seeing the unit and not feel pressured in a way that often made me think twice before contacting the broker again. I was interested in seeing a certain apt that Gabe represented. He was very prompt in getting back to me and we sat up a time to view. He showed us the actual apartment that was on the website, no bait and switch. He had also looked up a few other places to show us that first day. We met up with Gabe on our 2nd day of apartment hunting. At that time we had had no idea what we wanted/needed and Gabe was more than patient and helpful in explaining to us some of NYC's rental processes. After we met the first time we set up a time to meet with him a few days later to view more apartments after we'd decided what we liked/wanted in an apt. At the 2nd appointment Gabe showed us more places that were what we were looking for. He even showed us a few places with a listing broker. We found this very admiral because if we went with one of those apts they would have split the broker fee.
In the end we found a random apartment that Gabe hadn't shown us so we didn't go through the whole rental process with him. But our experience with Gabe was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and seem to like what he does. He kept in touch with us well, via calls, texts and emails. I would highly recommend Gabe if you are looking for an apartment.

Gabriel goes beyond his call of duty and is very straight forward and honest. I had seen many apartments and dealt with several brokers. I had the best experience with Gabe and ended up renting a beautful 1 bedroom on the UWS through him. I highly recommend him for any search.

Gabe is a very responsible person. His professionalism made our house hunting process very easier. We will continuously stay with him for future opportunities.
