Just to inform all of you, another place online where I market new apt listings on a daily basis is on Craigslist.
To view the apts which I market on Craigslist on a daily basis, type freya in the search box on Craigslist. Forward me the Craigslist apt ad web link/s you would like to view and we can set up an appointment to view the apt/s.
This ALSO applies to ads for apts which my colleagues from brickbrooklyn.com aka Brick Real Estate advertise on Craigslist or other apt search websites too. Forward them to me and I can show you these apts too since we all have access to the apts which my firm advertises on Craigslist or elsewhere online. None of us have exclusives on apts (it's best to focus on apts which we have advertised within the past 1-2 days from the date you do your search on Craigslist) Do not do apt searches on my firms website since it is not updated often, it lacks important information about the apt, like when it is available for move in, or location of the apt etc. Rely on Craigslist, Naked Apartments or other online apt search websites.
