Francisco is very professional, easy to work with, and he really understands the New York City market.

He took the time to explain everything to me, and he always responded to my questions in a timely matter. I never felt insignificant, eventhough I was among hundreds of other new yorkers looking for a new home. When it came time to sign, he explained every single document I had to sign. He was thorough, and I never felt rushed.

In fact, he looked into every listing question/concern I asked, and now I'm enjoying my wonderful new home.

I choose to hold off on renting for another month. Francisco is easy to work with, tries to get you the best deal, and has great apartments to show. When I'm ready to move he will be my first choice to work with. I would recommend him to folks.

Outstanding Service! I have worked with Francisco Rojas, Senior Agent and Managing Partner at City Solutions in the past. I found his service to be outstanding! He is very personable, friendly, and attentive. He listens to what you're looking for in an apartment and works his hardest from the time of searching for prospective listings to show you, all the way though to the lease signing. Finding an apartment is a stressful venture; especially in NYC so having an agent to eliminate the stress is well worth it! I highly recommend Francisco at City Solutions to anyone looking for an apartment!

After a few messages back and forth with Francisco, I met up with him on a Saturday in Harlem. 2.5 hours later, I had seen six apartments, which made my time with Francisco the most productive afternoon I spent during my apartment search. If you're interested in living in Harlem, definitely talk to him!
