Faye originally hails from Dubai, one of the most beautiful emirates within the UAE, where magnificent real estate is a given. After having moved to the US in 2006, she lived in New York City and loved being surrounded by the concrete beauty before moving to the suburbs. After earning her Bachelors degree from Excelsior College, she went on to earning two Certificates from Fashion Institute of Technology and New York University, respectively. Having worked in the financial world in Dubai for over 5 years and the fashion industry in the US for 3 years, Faye has accumulated various experiences in working with diverse clients, which promises excellent outcomes for her real estate clients.

I did not hire Ms. Samim as my broker, but she was quick to respond to any inquiries. She originally contacted me with various listings. I began the search early (beginning of April), and she promised to contact me beginning of May, which she did! Later she provided a follow-up call in mid-May with helpful advice about searching for various brokers and the apartment hunt. Ms. Samim is fast-paced yet determined, informative, and followed through with everything she promised. Thank you for the help!

I contacted Faye about an apartment in Astoria. In response she messaged me informing me that she had apartments in the UES. Not being interested in the UES listings, I chose to not respond to the email, but I received a call from Faye, trying to convince me to look at apartments on the UES in which I was clearly not interested. My requirements for an apartment were completely disregarded and it turned into a sales pitch instead. I wasn't very impressed.

Faye Samin is an enthusiastic and knowable agent. She works with the AC Lawrence agency. She referred me to Yeranuhi Barakyan. My experiences with Yeranuhi can only be rated as 5 ****. I met with her on Sunday, Feb 27th and signed a for a beautiful apartment in my price range on Thursday, Feb 28! She was prepared and took care of me and understood my needs. I heard such horror stories about apartment hunting in NYC. Yeranuhi Barakyan made the process easy, and stress free. I can’t say enough about her and AC Lawrence in general. I will refer Yeranuhi and AC Lawrence to all my family, friends and associates. Thank you Yeranuhi, you’re top shelf!!!

When I emailed Faye about a particular apartment I was interested in, I wasn't expecting to hear back for a while, since it was a Sunday evening. To my surprise, she responded almost immediately, asking me what I was looking for and what my price range was. Faye was respectful and professional in all of our interactions, and she was incredibly accommodating when I visited the AC Lawrence Realty office--offering me water and making sure I was comfortable. Although I did not rent an apartment from AC Lawrence, Faye's expertise and patience definitely made the stressful and hectic process of apartment hunting in NYC relatively worry-free. What I really appreciated was the fact that Faye really listened to me and respected my boundaries. I'd recommend her to someone looking for an apartment in New York City.
