Evan Jay currently lives in the Financial District in downtown Manhattan. It is a wonderful neighborhood with exciting activities to do and excellent schools, however Evan enjoys going all over New York City to explore all of the its rich history and variety of bars, restaurants, and theaters. On his spare time, you can find Evan reading scripts or writing comedy in between staying up to speed on the latest real estate market trends.
