Let me help you find your new home!
Eva loved New York since the first time she visited at age 14. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, but spent every summer in her mother’s native country of Sweden. Since coming to New York, Eva has lived in Long Island, Kips Bay and Soho in Manhattan, and Woodside, Queens. She specializes in the downtown Manhattan neighborhoods, but enjoys working anywhere her clients take her.
Formerly in the film business, Eva really got to know New York while shooting "A Beautiful Mind." She has delved into the many unique neighborhoods and qualities that make this city special. Having worked on movies all over the country and Canada for many years enables her to interact well with people of all different backgrounds, and relate well to their needs.
Eva graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA degree in History. She worked for two U.S. Senators, wrote bills and speeches, met with constituents and lobbyists dealing with human services issues. She then switched gears and spent 13 years in Hollywood, 10 of which were with Ron Howard and Universal Studios. Highly accustomed to multi-tasking and the fast pace of quickly changing environments, she is adaptable to all situations and is able to quickly come up with solutions to a myriad of situations.
