Eugenio started investing in Real Estate in his early twenties in Venezuela, where he was born and raised. He then went on to pursue a Master%92s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Working as a Civil Engineer for many years, being a husband for 30 years, and being a proud father of four children, Eugenio was posed with a new challenge: finding a new home for his daughters who were working and studying in New York City! He quickly realized real estate transactions were not conducted with the professionalism and ethics he expected and this motivated him to jump into the industry.
