Ernest Verrett

Ernest has been buying, renting, and selling his own properties for 10 years. He offers each client focused attention that identifies their specific needs, by using his knowledge of neighborhoods and the industry to guide them through their search. He currently resides on the Upper West Side, but has lived in Midtown West and Hell’s Kitchen as well. 

Ernest makes sure that each client he works with receives his undivided attention, by making himself available day and night to answer questions. Knowing the current market, listening, and being knowledgeable about the inventory, are all important qualities to Ernest. 

Ernest’s previous work history involved building multi-million dollar advertising departments, starting small businesses, and buying and selling real estate. He currently owns property in Buffalo New York and specializes in the Upper West Side. 

He grew up in a small town in the Midwest and attended Simon’s Rock at Bard College. He enjoys fencing, and is a member of 107th St. Neighborhood Association.
