Hello. My name is Ericka, and I'm a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. My main focus in real estate is finding the most ideal living space possible for clients who live in New York City. As the great architectural scholar Le Corbusier once theorized, "A house is a machine for living". With this in mind, I think it's most important to find the space you actually want to live in. The place that feels most right.
Sometimes, the real estate search in Manhattan can be frustrating and even somewhat stressful as things happen so quickly and it can be a real challenge to find the truly liveable space that appeals to both your intellect, wallet and sensibilities. Most of all, though, a real estate decision often is a heart-centered, but informed decision based on several factors, including functionality, aesthetics, environment, cost, and comfort. It also helps to be realistic about what you can get for your money in New York City...
I work on a team with one other licensed individual. The area of town we specialize in has a North-South span on the Western side of Manhattan from a Northernmost point of West Village/Greenwich village through SoHo, TriBeCa and a Southernmost point of Battery Park City, which is a growing area not far from 1 World Trade Center. There are a couple of other areas not far from SoHo/Greenwich Village known as NoHo and Nolita where some good properties exist, but the focus is on the areas listed above. Feel free to contact me so we can begin a search for the properties that best suit you.
All the best,
