As an owner of a co-op in Gramercy Park, Erica understands the intricacies of the New York real estate market better than most, and loves helping transmit this knowledge to her clients. Having been through the extensive process of renting and buying, Erica knows how challenging it can be, and works to make the process both manageable and transparent.

A native of New Jersey, Erica spent her whole life telling people that she was from "the city" and took every opportunity to explore it. Her extensive knowledge of diverse New York City neighborhoods, as well as the diverse New York City restaurant scene, makes her an ideal agent for all of your needs.

Most importantly, Erica focuses on relationships. Erica's clients know that in addition to finding them a new residence, she will be a resource to them in all aspects of moving to a new neighborhood. Once she finds them a home, she will continue to check in with them about their living situations, and is always there to answer any questions. Her relationship with her clients doesn't end after moving day; rather, many of her clients have become lifelong friends.

A graduate of The University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and an avid New York Knicks fan, Erica spends her spare time watching sports, reading, and trying every new restaurant that she can get a reservation at.

If you're thinking about renting, buying, or selling property in New York City, pick an agent that you can trust, and give Erica a call.

I had the pleasure of working with Erica, whom I met through this site as well as communicating with her wonderful coworkers - Christa and Suzanne at the Bond office.
I really enjoyed Erica's approach, which was fair, honest, professional and straight-forward. She showed outstanding communication skills, excellent salesmanship and she was simply easy and pleasant to be around. Erica understood what I needed immediately and prepared good and fitting options. She was also very accurate and timely.
I did not end up renting an apartment through her, because I found another preferable option, so I can't speak to the signing process, but everything preceeding that was of very high level.
I definitely recommend working with Erica throughout your search.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Am currently renting in upper west side and looking to rent only if I find something better. Erica was great in getting the necessary info and trying to get a feel for what I like.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
