"Efforts in, results out" is my real estate philosophy and approach to my clients' business. Specializing in Manhattan sales and rentals, particularly in the downtown neighborhoods, I'm committed to staying up to date on market data and trends, to simplify what is inherently one of the largest financial investments and personal decisions a person will make. I work fast and focused, and communicate with my clients every step of the way.  Having lived in multiple residences in Brooklyn and Manhattan, I'm able to put himself in my clients' shoes and understand how best to help them with buying or renting their new home in the most pragmatic way. Making the process a great experience from start to finish is my motivation, and main goal. I currently reside in a beautiful duplex with a private backyard two blocks from the L train in East Williamsburg, and before that, lived in Union Square across the way from Strand Books. I know and appreciate the uniqueness of NYC's different neighborhoods and lifestyles, and take pride in being able to efficiently match clients to the home and location that suits them best. Prepared, passionate and professional, I gained valuable hands-on business, customer service and interpersonal experience in the hospitality industry, and in visitor services for a New York Museum., I do everything with an eye for my clients' needs, and a drive to succeed in meeting them. Born and raised on Long Island, I received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University with a primary focus on Marketing and Advertising.  I speak conversational Hebrew, and volunteer in the biking community teaching kids and adults to ride bikes.  I'm  an avid health enthusiast, plus enjoy  screenwriting in my spare time.

Eric was great. He worked hard and spent 3 straight days with us showing us apartments as we were in from out of town and then when we found the right one, he walked us through the application process and even helped us beat another bidder for our number one choice! I would highly recommend working with Eric, especially for relocation services.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

After two years of living at our old apartment, my roommate and I were told last minute that we would have to look for a new place due to impending renovations. We were afraid to say the least, as our budget limits were tight and I was transitioning into a new job at the time. After living out some NYC broker nightmares and with less than two weeks to find a place, my roommate and I were panicked, and in stepped Eric. Not only was he completely respectful of everything we were asking for, he wasn't going to stop until he found us exactly what we wanted. After only a few days Eric found us exactly what we were looking for and was there every step of the way to ensure that we secured the apartment by our deadline. We were so lucky to have met him and turned a potentially bad experience into a great one, thanks Eric!

Eric is an amazingly diligent, and hardworking agent. He was very patient, working with me for several weeks as I looked for a home. There were many unexpected turns in my search due to roommates backing out, etc, but Eric was always very confident and optimistic in the outlook. I never felt pressured or not taken care of, his responses were always thorough and supportive. I could not more highly recommend a broker than Eric Storch. He's more than a broker--he's a real person! Very friendly and personable, with a breadth of knowledge of not only the city's real estate market but also the cool hot spots that are worth considering in the neighborhood. He's very well connected and has an immense portfolio of listings to show you at a moments notice. I found he was always organized and truly made you feel as if you were his only client! Thanks Eric I'll definitely be sure to reach out to you next time I have a search!

Eric is a great broker. He listened and understood what we wanted and showed us very good alternatives. Also, he was not limited to a particular part of town, being able to show us a combination of price x size in different areas, as we asked him to.

When closing the deal, he provided sound support and mediated well, even when we wore having problems sending the initial deposit to the landlords bank account (which was outside the US).

After the lease was signed, he was still very reliable and helpful whenever we needed something from the landlord.

I strongly recommend Eric, he is a good listener, is able to provide many relevant alternatives and very careful throughout the entire cycle.
