I didn't rent an apartment from Eric, but he was very quick to respond to my inquiry with good information on the apartment.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

I received an immediate response-maybe 15 or so minutes after I requested a viewing via email. The agent however was clipped, a bit rude and not solicitous. The building did not allow pets and he said "the ad says no pets." I asked if the building was a high rise to which he replied, "what difference does that make?" I felt like gum under his shoe and the conversation ended without him so much as showing a modicum of interest in my search. My question is- why bother to respond so promptly if you're going to be rude and dismissive.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Eric was fast to get back to me and extremely proactive. I saw the apartment same day and signing the lease the very next day. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and it was the easiest transaction ever.

I rented an apartment from this agent.
