Emma knows how important it is to work with an agent who is honest and "real." She will never try to oversell or up-sell you; rather, she chooses to do business by adhering to your needs, making you feel comfortable, and matching you with the best possible fit in a home.
Emma prides herself on being a great listener and communicator, as well as an eternal optimist. In a service business like real estate, when you're helping someone make a major decision that involves their home and finances, these traits are crucial to success.
Coming from a background in retail, marketing and hospitality, Emma has a natural flair for the art of customer service and building relationships. She also has creative, visual eye having worked as a freelance travel and portraits photographer, which she still enjoys doing. Her intuitiveness and effervescent personality make the search for a home and intricate transaction process both seamless and painless.
Born in Kenya, Emma had the opportunity to live in several countries around the world thanks to her parents in the foreign service. As a result, other than English, she speaks Swahili and Italian fluently. Given her diverse upbringing, Emma chose to major in International Communication and received her degree from Old Dominion University in Virginia. She has lived in New York City for several years, currently in Harlem, and loves the cultural diversity, energy, and most of all, the FOOD!
