Emilio, an eight-year real estate veteran, has built a reputation as a hardworking, honest, and sincere real estate professional. He began his real estate career in 2005 as a rental agent and founding member of one of Downtown’s most successful new firms according to the Mann Report. He quickly became a top producer before being promoted to Creative Director.

In 2011, Emilio brought his reputation for hard work, honesty and sincerity to his role as a project manager at the 2nd largest new development marketer in New York City. He oversaw sales at a number of new developments in Brooklyn and in 2013 Emilio returned to City Solutions, where he is now the Director of Marketing.

Emilio was born and raised in Lower Manhattan and knows the ins and outs of the city. When he’s not working, you might catch him walking his dog in the East Village or spending time with his wife and son in Battery Park. He has travelled across the US as a nationally ranked high school basketball player and graduated from the prestigious Suffield Academy.

Emilio is an honest, punctual, easygoing, hardworking broker. Full disclosure --- he only showed us 1 apartment --- but that was more a reflection of our budget and the inventory available where we were looking. Throughout the whole process of setting up the viewing, meeting up and going through the apartment, answering all of our questions afterward, negotiations with the landlord, and the actual signing of the lease, Emilio was a pleasure to work with. In our apartment search, we looked at 23 apartments in with over 10 brokers, and I've gotta say, Emilio's easygoing attitude and total transparency put them all to shame. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a place in NYC.

Emilio is totally free of the broker-itis syndrome that seems to run rampant in NYC. NOt only was he always early to every appointment we had with him, he was friendly and never pushy. What I like about Emilio most is that he gives you things straight up.. never oversells a place or tries to spin a listing into something that it's not!

Bottom line is that Emilio is the quintessential un-broker: punctual, courteous, genuine & trustworthy. If you've looked for an apartment with your typical NYC broker before then you know how much of a rarity this is!

Emilio was a great broker to work with for a number of reasons:

1) he was on time, even early, to show us the apartment
2) he recommended several other apartments worth looking at to help minimize our search
3) he wasn't pushy or tried to oversell the apartment we ended up taking, even suggesting we think about it over the night.


Emilio greatly minimized the stress of finding an apartment in the city and was kind and thoughtful to all of our needs and periodically checked-in with us throughout the leasing process. He's a great broker and I would recommend working with him for your apartment search.
