review date 04/25/2013After about 3 weeks of looking for a place that was big enough and accepted 2 dogs, we finally came across Edwin who showed us a great apartment that we ended up renting. Although it was a bit over our budget, it had tons of space and allowed us to keep our two dogs. Now we have a great place in a brown stone near the park and it is all thanks to Edwin!

He was extremely responsive and helpful and completely put me at ease throughout the process. He had great listings and showed me very nice apartments. He had great relationships with the landlords and went to great lengths to give me information about the new neighborhood I was moving in to. Professional, courteous and patient, he answered every single question that I had. It's easy to see why he gets such good reviews! Do yourself a favor and work with him.

I didn't take the first place that he showed me, but he called me back the next day and said he found a studio 2 blocks away from my old one. It was amazing!
Edwin and everyone at their office made everything they could so I would get this apartment, and I'm really grateful to all of them, because I think there are no other place that will fit me and my needs better.
Don't even think twice - he's the best one :)

review date 01/24/2013After a crazy long apt search, it was very refreshing to meet Edwin. He stuck by his word, was very honest, negotiated a great deal and quickly answered the million questions I had (over a period of a few weeks!).
Great experience-would absolutely recommend him to my family and friends!

He seems to have great relationships with landlords he has been working with over the years. He knows the neighbourhoods he is dealing with very well!! He is quick, he puts his money where his mouth is!! Great Great Great experience!!!! Highly recommend him!!
