Edward Caines

Edward is great. I was rude to him on the phone when we first met because i couldn't find the apartment. He walked all the way to the train stop to meet me. God bless him. The apartment didn't work out, but he kept my number and we texted backed and forth. He kept me in the loop and only showed me apartments he knew i would love (meaning gut renovated ones). He was very honest on the places he showed me and even provided his own personal input. He is very professional and friendly. I know a few friends in the market who are trying to move to Sunnyside Queens and i'd recommend they work with him over some of the other brokers. I worked with some pretty shady and rude ones, but i have to admit that Edward found me exactly what i had imagined in my head, and i didn't even have to verbalize what i wanted to him. Life in NY is expensive, so i tried to find an apartment with all the bells and whistles at a moderate price. The only let down was i tried super hard to bargain with him to knock off 50 bucks, even 5 bucks, but he wouldn't budge. His boss needs to give him a Blackberry so he can text clients more easily. I tried months to find a place on my own without a brokers fee, but i realized at the end that i wasn't having any luck, and i knew i had to work with someone in order to meet my requirements in what i wanted in a new apartment. Sunnyside is a pretty trendy and hot area, so a broker is a must. Even though some of the apartments in the area are insanely overpriced. I am so glad i found him. Give him a call because he is wonderful and friendly.

Edward responded promptly to all of my questions, was flexible in scheduling, and as transparent about the process as he could be. I'd recommend working with him!
