Ed Morgan

Ed Morgan is a native New Yorker. Educated in the public schools, a Columbia graduate, he was brought up with a strong work ethic. In all endeavors he strives to give his all in the service of others. As a thirty year veteran of the NYC Department of Education, he brings a maturity and patience not seen in younger agents. He is a people person, enjoys the interaction, and loves to help people find their dreamhome.All who have met him, have noted his kindness and fortitude throughout the entire process. He is a good negotiator. But his service doesn't end with a lease-signing. Once a family a place, he will follow up with a call to see how the move went and if they have any question about the apartment or the building. If necessary, he will intervene with those involved to solve a problem. Ed is a deal-maker. Once a customer selects an apartment, he will find any way to make sure that individual or family will get the apartment they chose.Because of all these things, Ed is an important member of the Anchor family and serves as the paradigm of the type of agent people are looking for when the need to relocate arises.

When he is not out with clients, Ed enjoys opera, symphony, jazz, and occasionally performing with a chorus.
