Dustin Skrove

Born and raised in the heart land of Minnesota, Dustin moved to New York in 2005 to attend Wagner College. There he earned his bachelor’s degree in both Business Management and Marketing. While attending school Dustin started his real estate career as an agent with the internationally recognized firm of Century 21 who opened a flagship operation in Manhattan. There he learned the ins and outs of the business at a young age, learning from some of the most successful Agents at the firm and in the business while bringing his Midwestern roots to his own professional style. 

Not being a native New Yorker motivated Dustin to accelerate his knowledge about the unique neighborhoods that he worked. He adopted the outlook that -- you should buy what you sell – and over his 7 years in the city has move to a new neighborhood 6 different times to help give him an intimate knowledge of these areas and their respective buildings. By working in the business for over 5 years, Dustin has had the incredible opportunity to meet people from all over the country and world. By fostering these relationships he was able to grow with his clients and work with them as they move up the property ladder. 

Fast forward to today Dustin not only works in residential Sales and Rentals in Manhattan but also invests in property himself in both New York and his home state of Minnesota. Working both sides of the transaction has given him the ability to speak with his clients and understand their point of view in each unique transaction. 

Dustin prides himself on his work ethic and his straight forward no pressure selling style. He understands that the real estate transaction is not about him but about the client and their needs. By listening more than talking he can best serve the client, both on the client side and property side of the transaction. In his free time Dustin enjoys both watching and playing football, basketball and baseball with friends, going to the gym, or traveling back home time to time to spend time with family.
