Desmond was really great! My roommates and I were looking for apartments and needed to get one in the next couple weeks, we were all going out of town for a weekend and were under a lot of pressure to get an apartment fast. We called Desmond asking to meet up with him and he took a meeting with us the next day. The next day we immediately started looking at apartments and the first one we saw we fell in love with. He stayed with us the whole day continuing to show us all of our options. We decided we wanted to first apartment and that day put a down payment and within a couple days the apartment was ours! Desmond worked fast and helped us find our dream apartment. He showed us amazing options, was very friendly and helped us be able to get our dream apartment!

My Roomates and I had been stressing for a while in our apartment search. We had limited time and limited funds, as we are all first year students. Given we were all new to the New York real estate game, we were all pretty stressed and intimidated by the process, as this was a huge step into adulthood. We signed a lease the next week. Desmond is amazing and his friendliness and willingness to help out a bunch of rookie college kids will forever be appreciated. We move into our dream home today!

I have been apartment hunting for about a month, and between the scam-ads and fee-brokers trying to sell me hot air, I became rather frustrated. Until I found Key New York Real Estate, and in particular Desmond and his colleague Sabra. I called in response to an ad, and was invited me to their office. Instead of trying to offload their stock on me, they took time to understand what I wanted, and actually paid attention, and were immediately open and honest about what was genuinely available, and what not. Obviously they did not want to waste their time showing me loads of unsuitable places, nor did they want to waste mine. I highly highly recommend this agency. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and a great pleasure to deal with!

Desmond helped me get an apartment that I'm very happy with and he did it very quickly, even though the whole area was out of power and cellphone connection due to Hurricane Sandy, we still walked around looking at different apartments until we found one that was perfect for me.

Searching for an apartment with Desmond was very quick and painless. I met with him and discussed my desired price range and area, we looked at a few places, I picked the one I liked, I filled out an app and put down a deposit and that was that!

Desmond is amazing and made moving to NYC easier than I could have imagined! I sent an email with my preferences on a Saturday afternoon and within hours I was at their office and looking at the perfect place that I rented the next morning. Out of all the brokers I have worked with, Desmond's knowledge of Manhattan has been unparalleled. It is obvious that he does his homework to stay up-to-date with what is happening in every neighborhood, and even every building. Even in a tight market, he found some incredible apartments for me, very impressed.
