Because purchasing a property is such a large investment, Dennis strives to educate clients on all aspects of the market and every step of their important transaction. He enhances the real estate process with his finely-tuned knowledge of neighborhoods, financials, different investment options, recognizing good value, developing an innovative marketing plan, and executing the best strategies to ensure the most lucrative outcome. Dennis has a penchant for delivering both quality service, and the most accurate information. As such, he not only founded his own real estate company to optimize client service; he also authors his own blog, stays on top of the ever-changing NYC market, and nurtures his strong relationships with developers and his peers. Originally from Bulgaria where he still owns property, Dennis earned his Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. From the hospitality business to electronics and computer sales to real estate, he has come full circle in honing his interpersonal skills and pursuing his passion for helping others in a career he truly loves. When not busy with his real estate clients, Dennis enjoys sports, travel, photography and exploring NYC. He is also very interested in psychology, anthropology, history and philosophy. Dennis belongs to a meet-up public speaking and psychology book club, and is member of the Jungian analytical society in NYC. He currently resides in Midtown East which he loves for its central location, proximity to Central Park and diversity of things to do.
