Deborah is the best! She answered my emails promptly and found me a great apartment exactly where I wanted to live. She knows the buildings and what is available. She handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. If you are trying to rent in NYC and you are from out of town (as I was), she is a broker you can trust.

Deborah is a very professional agent, within this short period of knowing her I realized she loves her job, more than that she is committed to it. Per say, she treats her clients as the first priority and makes sure she gets them what she promised. Overall it was a great pleasure to have worked with her, more than that to have known her. If you are planning to move into the big city, call Deborah and she will never fail you.

Deborah is an incredible agent. I had a lot of bad experience with agents and was so happy to find Deborah. She was honest, smart and able to help me. I am an international student and she helped me with all the required documents and I got a great apartment! It was such a relief - from our first email I knew I was in great hands. She was on vacaation but responded expeditiously. My fiance changed his mind about the apt, this is the only reason we didn't follow up.

I had a excellent experience working with Deborah. She is an agent who does not make promises without keeping her commitment. Being from out of town she went out of her way to show me the layout of a rental unit even though it was yet to become available in the market which gives you the heads up to proactively plan when it does. She is also very knowledgeable in advising International clients on the requirements of lease approval. If you are searching for a reliable agent who can do a lot more for you than just organize a viewing do not hesitate to contact Deborah. You will be happy you did!

Deborah is the best broker I've dealt with since moving to New York. She had our best interests at heart while my boyfriend and I were looking at apartments and was completely up front and honest with us (which is refreshing when it comes to NYC brokers). She didn't use the "This apartment will be gone by the end of the day" line on us and was available on the weekends AND after work to show us apartments. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Roosevelt Island and since she knows the building owners, was able to negotiate a move in date that was convenient to my boyfriend and myself. I will, without a doubt, use Deborah the next time I need to find an apartment!

Deborah did an amazing job and got me into a unit that worked for me. She went above and beyond the call of duty for me and continues to six months after I moved in to the unit I rented from her. I'm new to NYC and plan to stay here for a while and will ONLY rent through Deborah!

There is no reason why Deborah doesn't have a 5 star review. You could not ask for a more honest, diligent, and patient agent. I was weary of trusting anyone from the internet - everything always seems like a scam or false advertisement. My roommate and I were so relieved to meet Deborah because her listing exceeding our expectations as well as being truthful about a NO FEE. All of the other agents I contacted from this site gave me an excuse as to why they listed something as NO FEE when there was in fact a fee. And always a large one I might add. I kept waiting for Deb to let me down last minute, just as I was signing the lease, to tell me we owed her some sort of compensation. But it didn't happen. When she says NO FEE, she means it. She went as far as talking us through all the paper work, meeting us at later hours than she normally would, and not to mention being an overall sweetheart. I didn't think people like her existed in New York. I was born and raised here, and it is instinctual for me to assume I will somehow get screwed over from trusting a stranger - especially from the internet. But Deb proved me wrong. She is truly one in a million and I wish I could stop everyone from ever dealing with any other agent on this site. There is no way anyone is better. From someone who doesn't trust anyone, I am asking all of you to trust me when I say Deb is it. Look no further. My one regret is not giving her a giant hug and buying her a drink.

Deborah was the best agent I worked with through this whole rental process. She was honest, straightforward and really knew the most about Roosevelt Island of anyone I've ever met. I'm really excited about the apartment she helped me find and can't wait to move in.

Deborah was a fantastic broker to work with and truly was a breath of fresh air. At the time that I was searching for an apartment, there several life-changing events going on in my life that moving wasn't even the number one thing I was focused on at the time.

Also, the fact that I work til 7pm usually prohibits me from going to open houses or meeting with brokers who haven't already booked their last appointment for 7pm.

Yet, Deborah made my apartment search quick, easy, and surprisingly calming (yes, even in Manhattan). Unlike most brokers I've dealt with in the past, Deborah took her time showing me potential apartments. She never rushed me through looking at apartments and she even took me back to an apartment that I just saw 2hrs earlier because I wanted a second viewing of it.

Not only did she show me the most apartments any broker has ever led me to see on a single trip, she never pressured me to choose an apartment or insist on knowing which apartment I liked the most.

Deborah also had established connections (at least in the building I rented my apartment in) since she was able to get access to places that other brokers either didn't show me or didn't have access to.

Things went so well on our first showing that I actually decided to rent one of the apartments she showed me during that tour. And even when I was debating whether to go for a more expensive apartment, Deborah gave wise advice and did not pressure me to take the more expensive one (and I didn't)!

Of all the brokers I've worked with over the past few years, Deborah was best BY FAR! If I decide to move after this new lease is up, Deborah will be the first broker I call for assistance.
