When Milton Glaser designed the iconic I Love NY logo and campaign in 1977, he likely was unaware that he was capturing David’s feelings, but he was.  Throughout his childhood and young adulthood in North Carolina, including a period on NC’s renowned Outer Banks, David knew that one day he’d live in this great city he loves so much.

After earning degrees in English, English Education and School Administration from Clemson and East Carolina Universities, David served the students of eastern NC as a teacher and assistant principal before finally realizing his long held dream of calling NYC home.

His dedication to serving others, as well as guiding them to be their best, has translated to his success as a real estate agent.  Known for building relationships, David believes that two fundamental principles are crucial for success:  a thorough, expert knowledge of available property, and taking the time to listen to clients and helping them articulate their optimal home.  Those who know David know that he doesn’t rush clients to a decision.  He is particularly skilled at serving clients' needs throughout New York City.

An avid reader and writer, David also enjoys cooking—his German chocolate cake is to die for, reading bedtime stories to his daughter, playing bridge, reliving his days as an actor in community theatre by attending Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, and walking in his neighborhood with his beloved Pomeranians.
