David Marchman

David  is a seasoned business professional with a wealth of experiences that have been invaluable throughout the various phases of his career.  A graduate of Saint Mary’s College of Maryland with a concentration in Political Science, Mr. Marchman has an engaging personality that has enabled him to interact effectively on a variety of organizational levels.  His professional acumen has allowed him to gracefully craft a career path that has proven to be equal parts challenging and rewarding. 
A native of New Jersey, communication has always been one of the hallmarks of Mr. Marchman’s brand. He worked along side politicians such as NJ Senator Frank Lautenberg, The Bush administration and the Obama administration for campaign development/support.  One of his early career assignments saw him spending time in the country of France providing English tutoring lessons on both a group and individual basis. These unique opportunities allowed him to develop a global communications perspective on both a personal and professional basis.  These types of experiences have proven to be invaluable in the areas of negotiations and communications; two areas that are vitally important in the real estate industry.
