I really got the sense that he cared about me and my experience with him, which is certainly not something I have received from other brokers. Even though we have not yet settled on an apartment (it is too early to start looking), my experience with him was 100% positive. With myself being a student and the fact that there are so many scams out there, especially around this time, I feel comfortable working with him and will be contacting him as I get closer to move-in time. I've often wondered if he sleeps because it seems like he answers emails at all hours of the day and night. Having never worked with a broker before this, David's definitely spoiled me as far as my working with another broker ever again.
