David Borowik

David was born and raised in NYC and currently resides on the Upper East Side; a neighborhood in which he specializes! He takes extra pride in the personal relationships he has established with all his neighbors, including staff, superintendents, building managers, and other players in the real estate industry. These relationships help to insure that he always has the inside track and access to all the best deals in the area. David, a graduate of Rutgers University previously worked in nonprofit recruiting and placing international educators in summer camps across North America. The experience gave him the unique opportunity to work with and subsequently learn to understand the needs of people from all over the US and the rest of the world.
