David Berger believes that the best agent is the most professionally-geared agent; one with the mindset to facilitate a good outcome for all parties involved in the deal, "as the future of our ability to work relies upon the quality of relationships we cultivate," he says. Because he feels responsible for the outcome of your decision when you're buying or selling a home, David intently listens to your wishes and works tireless on your behalf. "Often, a client will defer to my experience, and it's my job to educate and advise, walking beside them throughout, and even after the completion of the process." David has always had a natural way of interacting with different people, a genuine concern for their needs, and a thick skin through changing conditions. As a drummer, he has recorded many albums and played thousands of concerts around the country and the world. Plus he has appeared in film, television and theater productions, radio broadcasts, and all types of private events. Just as in real estate, being a musician has required expertly negotiating deals and bringing full satisfaction to every client. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, David came to New York to attend The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. He transferred to the University of New Orleans to continue his education, which had blossomed into an appreciation for New Orleans Traditional Jazz and Parade Music. Oddly enough, he has drummed for New Orleans themed jazz parades, as well as New Orleans themed jazz funerals! A current resident of Long Island City, David knows New York City well and enjoys telling stories about the many places he has lived in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. He also loves finding perfect homes for clients in locations that fit their uniqueness and reflect their individual lifestyles.

David was super responsive when I first got in touch, but after he had trouble getting in touch with the listing agent on the property I was interested in, he disappeared, despite some reminder emails from me.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
