Darla Delayne Alpizar

After a short hiatus dedicated to getting her acting and film producing careers up and going, Darla Delayne  is back in the real estate business with fifteen years of experience under her belt. From mortgage loans to leasing and sales to investment properties, this Texas-native knows the industry inside and out. Darla's experience allows her to effectively guide clients through every step of the process so they can be confident in their decision knowing that they are getting the most for their investment. Clients appreciate Darla's contagiously personable demeanor and her enthusiasm to share her knowledge. At Bellmarc Realty, Darla is recognized by the team for her steadfastness when it comes to finding clients exactly what they need. Darla graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Darla relocated to Manhattan from Austin, Texas in 2008 and after a recent move from the Upper West Side, currently resides in Midtown West. In her down time, she enjoys exploring the city's many neighborhoods, visiting art galleries and museums, going to the theatre. and of course, shopping.
