Mr. Sedjati possesses over 10 years of experience within the real estate industry. His expertise ranges from real estate underwriting, loan processing, sales, and portfolio management. He began his career as former mortgage banker with Greenpoint Mortgage, a division of Capitol One immediately following his studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2000. Mr. Sedjati then co-founded First Source Financials, a real estate financing company in 2005, before joining the realtor teams of Prudential Douglas Elliman until in 2007.
Mr. Sedjati has co-written several articles and published a number of special reports on real estate including Green Premium Report 2009, Russian Investments in US Real Estate, and US Mortgage Crisis (available at the Cornell University library). He has been featured in a number of media as one of the emerging experts on Manhattan real estate and luxury property market, including the most recent interview with Fox Business News titled: "A Call for More Housing Incentives".
