Daniel takes particular pride in representing the hometown in which he was raised and lived in most of his life. Despite his love of Real Estate, he took a different route before ending up in Real Estate, including schooling at New York City's Hunter College for Communications, and touring across North America and Europe as a performing musician. Despite these exciting life experiences, his love of Architecture, History and New York City soon brought him to Real Estate. By having lived in properties all over Manhattan and Brooklyn, Daniel possesses a vast knowledge of the diversity of neighborhoods so that he can effectively match renters to the most suitable locations and properties. Daniels' immense knowledge of the city's real estate industry is not only immediately clear, but he is able to honestly offer his personal insight into what neighborhood to reside in or to find an ideal living situation anywhere in Manhattan. Calm and straight forward in his dealings, he will always indicate when the good deal exists - or does not. He combines the ability to listen carefully to the needs of his clients with a strong ability to find intelligent solutions.
