            Daniels passion for real estate emerged throughout his years in construction working along side his father a licensed contractor of Above and Beyond Carpentry. After years of building on beautiful properties throughout New York whether it was renovating a kitchen, tilling a bathroom or painting a bedroom, Daniel always had a keen eye and connection meeting peoples expectations. After building on properties it was then when Daniel decided to excel in real estate learning more about properties, selling, renting and buying.

Currently Daniel is a licensed New York State real estate agent with Metropolitan Property Group at their midtown office on Lexington Avenue. When Daniel isn't working he enjoys exploring the city's finest pizzerias, restaurants, parks and museums. Spending time with his lovely girlfriend, family and friends and enjoys playing his acoustic guitar. Born and raised in Whitestone Queens Ny an avid Mets fan looking forward to a World Series!
