There are roughly 20,000 real estate “professionals” in this city. The problem is most of them aren’t worth working with because they are either lazy, dishonest, or they put themselves ahead of their client. Dan sees this as a good thing: an opportunity to stand out amongst the rest, so that eventually he can run his business mostly on referrals. Dan’s strategy is simple: to exceed expectations and maximize satisfaction by saving time, money and energy for all parties involved.

First, he probably won’t even show you an apartment unless he asks you a series of questions about your criteria. Once he has your criteria, he will customize a search in our database. He is immediately able to eliminate certain listings/landlords because after 3 years in the business, he is able to sift through all of the junk. At that point, Dan likes to share some of the details of these listings with his clients, get their feedback and refine the search so that by the time you go see apartments with Dan, you are guaranteed to be seeing the best possible apartments for your criteria on the market at that moment. How is that for efficiency?

Furthermore, Dan will prepare you with landlord requirements and paperwork you will need to submit applications ahead of time, so that there are no surprises when you find something and everything goes smoothly. He will educate you on the market so that you can make your decision decisively and confidently. He is available 24/7 on his mobile phone, and he refuses to be that real estate broker that rents you an apartment and disappears. He understands the importance of follow-up and enjoys that this is a relationship business. In fact, Dan has been known to even throw an occasional “Client Appreciation Party” as a way to keep in touch with everyone.

While involved in the sales of high-end Cutlery, his previous career, Dan sold over $140,000 worth of product while he was a student at the University of Central Florida, from which he graduated in 2008. Consequently, Dan believes in the necessity of sacrifice, hard work, and determination. In turn, his current clients reap the benefits of his service.

Born in Staten Island and raised in Florida, Dan is accustomed to growing adept to new environments. His profound familiarity with New York City allows him to not only educate his clients on the Real Estate market here, but also on the best restaurants and most exciting recreational activities in the areas to which they move.
While apartment hunting can often be a hassle, Dan’s knowledge and expertise of the market – as well as his hard work and positive energy – make the process a smooth and stress-free experience. Please contact Dan Falconetti for all of your real estate needs – and feel free to contact him on his mobile phone.
