Dan is the best! He was very professional and paid attention to my needs, and was realistic about how to get the most value for my money.
Unlike other brokers who can barely open a lock-box, Dan is extremely intelligent and very "in touch" with the industry. He is well seasoned and has an intimate knowledge about what to watch out for, and knows how to see a deal from start to finish. He found my next apartment on the upper east side, and there is going to be a jar of his business cards on my kitchen counter because I'm 100% recommending him to anyone I know.

Dan helped me find an apartment within my budget and needs. Not only was he very responsive and personable, but he did an excellent job expediting the process from the first viewing to the lease signing in a timely efficient manner.

To be fair, Dan is a personal friend of mine. However, I believe that makes it all the more impressive in how Dan brokered my search. Dan is a consummate professional in an increasingly cutthroat business. Many brokers view their clients only as potential dollar signs - Dan is a refreshing exception to this unfortunate fact. In my search for an apartment in the Upper West Side, Dan was consistently cogniscent of the boundaries within which I had to work, and was nothing but respectful of any opinions expressed regarding the units he showed. Dan is highly knowledgable about the New York market, and is very effective in explaining in guiding his clients through the process. While many brokers feel like they treat clients solely as clients, Dan makes one feel like a friend. His unique combination of knowledge, skill, experience, and personality make him a great broker, and I'm happy to credit my new apartment to his hard work!

Dan was amazing! I was extremely specific about what I was looking for in an partment. The first night we went out to look there were only 2 apartments available in my general area that fit my criteria. The first one was good.....but the seconde one was as if he had read my mind (or really listedned)! I thought I would have to spend the summer looking at apartments after apartment but we got it done the first night! Rather than wasting my time he took the time to really listen -- and saved both of us time. Best money ever spent!

Throughout our exchanges, Dan maintained a timely and helpful correspondence with us, often going into the evening to answer our questions. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and genuinely attitude, despite the fact that we ultimately did not end up choosing an apartment he presented to us.
