Concetta Testa

Concetta Testa joined Citi Habitats in 1998, quickly becoming a top-producing sales associate at the Greenwich Village office. Having learned the business from the ground up, she has acquired an immense product knowledge and extensive network of industry contacts that fuel her success as Senior Managing Director of the firm’s successful Chelsea office. Though she no longer is actively selling, her years as an agent provided Concetta with disciplined preparation for her managerial career. Just as she perfected the arts of client relations, attentive service and strong negotiations, she strives to instill these lessons in her agents who look up to her for motivation and guidance. Concetta is a big believer in constant training from day one. No matter what your level of experience, she has developed key in-house training programs for newcomers and seasoned agents alike. 'Building your business means always reevaluating your methods and creating new strategies based on what your customers need, and what the market demands." In addition to a rigorous training program exclusive to the Chelsea office, with a strong focus on Sales, Concetta offers her agents individualized weekly coaching, as well as additional in-house Continuing Education Seminars and Workshops. "When I came to the Chelsea office, I told my agents I had two goals: to become a top-producing office, and to foster a positive environment were excited to come to work every day." Concetta has succeeded on both counts. She is also driven by the same winning philosophy she’s always upheld: to work hard and love what you do. "The main reason I love my job is because every day I have an opportunity to help others. I want my agents to feel part of a team; that I’m working with them, not against them. Managers don’t dictate terms; we’re there to listen, advise and nurture." In her spare time, Concetta enjoys cooking, reading, and free time with her twin daughters. A lover of all types of cuisine and culture, Concetta speaks fluent English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and is now learning Hebrew, her husband’s native language.
