Clell came to DSA in 2013. Living in New York since 1998 and working previously for several firms, he knows the city streets like the back of his hand. Having been a listings manager at Manhattan Apartments, CitySites, CitySites Commercial Group, City Connections and Bond for several years, he has hundreds of building owners in his Rolodex and always has rare, under-priced listings that no one else in the city knows about.
Clell's biggest asset is his ability to listen. People know what they want, whether it be residential or office space space, and it's listening that helps him find the right space for his customers. And due to his many years in the business, many landlords have come to depend on him to keep them informed of trends and to get advice on how to price their listings. Those who engage his service come to trust his expert advice and coaching during the lease-signing process.
Clell balances his life with several hobbies and interests. He is an avid photographer and has a band called Open House with musicians he met while working at other brokerage firms. He is also stuntman, actor and has a recurring FBI Agent role on the FX TV series "The Americans."
