review date 01/12/2013This broker provided the typical bait and switch. I viewed an apartment and contacted the broker, but on the same day he told it was not available. He then tried to rent me an apartment for 50% more. I would not recommend working with this broker; consistent with other reviews.

This made him a standout among the overwhelming broker majority that made zero effort (not even a generic, canned effort) to respond , much less acknowledge my questions regarding thier own listings on this site. Thanks for being engaged Chris instead of a fruitless list-and-run Agent.
