Chris joined Platinum Properties to engage his life-long passion for real estate with the practical needs of New Yorkers seeking housing. With a background in consumer products sales, branding, and strategy, he is well-equipped to help you find your next home or best market your current property.
Chris has experience with all aspects of real estate including buying, selling, leasing and renting to renovation and tax treatment. He has a keen eye for design and appreciates fine modern architecture as well as the charm of old New York. He currently resides in a 1905 Queen Anne townhouse on the Upper West Side where he has been adding to his collection of modern furniture.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys exploring Manhattan's ever-changing restaurant scene and regularly exercising to burn off the calories. Chris enjoys golf, tennis, travel, and most enthusiastically saltwater fishing off Long Island. He is also an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction and a novice writer. He has also volunteered with The Boys and Girls Clubs and the SPCA.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of his alumni class and spends much of his spare time arranging social events for Cornellians in the metropolitan area.
