Short version: Chris was great and it would be hard to do better than him.

Long version: After sending an inquiry to Chris he got back to me within hours. The next day we started the hunt. Chris was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and he always followed through with his promises. We got to see several apartments in our price range and finally found the one. The application process was painless, as was the lease signing.
