Charlotte Datri

 Extensive relationships with landlords, a first rate negotiator and the ability to keep a cool 
head in any situation; these are some of the qualities Charlotte’s colleagues often attribute 
to her. What makes a great agent? Charlotte believes it’s a combination of real time market 
knowledge, hard work and putting your client’s needs first. “When clients engage a broker 
they are typically challenged with a problem they cannot solve on their own .i.e. I need to 
spend less, I need more space, I want a better neighborhood - and sometimes all three. My 
job is to solve that problem. My job is to do what my client could not do on their own and 
that is what I deliver.” 

Born and raised in Germany, Charlotte came to New York in 2005 for an 8 month internship 
and never looked back. In 2009 she completed university in Germany and relocated to NYC 
where she currently resides in Greenwich Village with her husband John and their cat Bing. 

Charlotte attributes her parents for instilling a strong sense of moral values in her. Being 
a person of integrity and honor was an important benchmark in her child hood home and 
it is a big part of who she is today. Recently Time Out Magazine cited these qualities in an 
article that names her as one of Manhattans most trustworthy brokers.

When Charlotte isn’t working you can find her; spending time with her husband, practicing 
yoga, planning a trip to an exotic locale, hiking in one of New York’s majestic state parks or
