Prior to entering real estate, Charlie worked for 14 years as a union laborer with jobs ranging from foreman to shop steward to shoveling concrete. He also had a five-year run in a family food business in Long Beach, NY which still exists today. His hands-on experience in these demanding fields prepared him well for the challenges and interactions he’d face in the fast-paced world of real estate.
