She shows apartments that she knows will make renters happy and if you have additional needs she will help you. We requested that a door be added to the living room and she convinced the landlord to do it for us! Chamaine restores my faith in humanity!

She followed up with me on a couple of occasions with interesting properties. Although I found an apartment via another route, Chamaine was courteous in wishing me the best of luck. When contacted for more details about one of her listings, she offered nothing more than a curt, unhelpful and dismissive "read the ad" response (which btw, the ad did NOT address the simple questions that were being asked). Who pays for this kind of lazy service? Chamaine's discourtesy and apparent lack of basic professional effort earns her a #FAIL.
