I have nothing but good words to say for Cecilia. We dealt with a few brokers prior to her that left a bad taste in our mouth, to the point where I just about lost desire to move into the city. Cecilia was the opposite of the rest. She was honest, thorough, knew what she was talking about, and made the process as simple as it could be. She was welcoming and I didn''t feel like I was being pressured into anything. I actually felt like she was working to help US instead of pushing places on us just to help herself. I would be signing a lease for an apartment in Hoboken as I write this if we hadn''t reached out to Cecilia. Thanks again for your help, I will make sure to recommend her to future prospective renters.

To say Cecilia is a breath of fresh air compared to other brokers is such an unbelievable understatement. I can''t thank her enough or tell her enough times how great of a broker she is, but at the very least I can write a few nice words about my experience. She listened to what we wanted (myself and 2 roommates) and then showed us apartments tailor made for us, she was very knowledgeable about her apartment listings, 100% honest with everything, discussed the apts with us (pros/cons/layouts), was very professional, always on time, responded immediately to emails (even at 3am which is just plain impressive), easy to talk to, great personality, very very helpful... the list goes on. Hopefully before you deal with a shady broker, or a broker who only pushes the most expensive apts, or the awkward personality broker, you''ll read this and make the right decision. Good Day, I originally wasn't looking to use a broker in Manhattan, and wanted a low fee apartment. My first experience was at Best Apartments, and it was a complete nightmare. On Monday, we met one of your brokers, Cecilia Sullivan, and the experience was completely different. Cecilia was very professional, friendly, and managed to find the apartment we were looking for. Cecilia understands sales and interpersonal skills very well. After showing us an apartment, she expressed that others may want to take it off the market since we saw others brokers and suggested that we acted quickly. Our third roommate was in Staten Island, however Cecilia waited about an hour and half to show him the apartment on a Monday evening. Her patience allowed us to seal the deal. Cecilia was very responsive with emails/phone calls, and also knowledgable about the neighborhood. I grew up in NY but she could tell us interesting facts about the neighborhood and point us to the local pubs. After dealing with several nightmare brokers, I can honestly say she is the best. Cecilia is a very good broker, and I will share her information with my friends.
