Cecil Weeks

You want to have Cecil as your broker. I entered the rental market thinking I could do this on my own and did not need to use a broker. Cecil proved me wrong. The knowledge he has about the rental market, inside connections with various buildings, and his creativity with rent negotiations made it completely worth it. Most importantly, he attentively listens to what you're looking for and doesn't push you toward what works for him. He exceeded my expectations in every apartment he showed me. The next time I am in the rental market again, I will be calling Cecil.

Though it didn't work this time as time limitation and our finance situation, Cecil has been trying soooooo hard to make up our expectation. Cecil was never pushy, always standing my side to figure out what the best for me. Believe me I have listed agents in my contacts, and Cecil is THE BEST. Such a trustful person nothing like push you to sign and get cash. I will definitely come back to Cecil next year with better finance situation.
