Candace Covelli's motto is "be genuine and really connect with your client, and you'll win their trust and loyalty”. She understands that market knowledge can make you an effective agent; but it is the relationships that come as a result of working with people that truly measure success. Her approach is to form a partnership with her clients and advise them through the moving process. Having lived in numerous regions of the country, Candace is empathetic to the chaotic moving process and is extremely patient and attentive to her clients’ needs. Originally from the Midwest, Candace attended top-rated business school Villanova University in Philadelphia. Since her arrival to NYC, Candace has resided in lovely Greenwich Village and spends the majority or her time Downtown exploring the latest restaurants, cultural happenings, and nightlife. Candace genuinely believes that New York City is the best City in the world and will do all she can to make sure you feel the same.

All good things overall. Candace found me a place after I was looking for weeks. She got me in with a lower rent than orginially anticipated because she knew the landlord which was awesome. Highly recommended!

I rented an apartment from this agent.

She was extremely genuine & patient during my rental search...she was never pushy which I definitely appreciated. Definitely stood out from the rest of the broker community, espcially since it was my first time looking for places in NYC

I rented an apartment from this agent.
