Bryan Leon walks with the strong, steady gait of a man who is self assured and confident about what he’s doing. His soft spoken, gentle manner seems to almost mask his mastery of the NYC real estate rental business. Easy to open up and talk to, people can sense his genuine interest in them and his ability to assist them in their apartment quest. Those who engage his service often feel like they've met with a good friend who is an expert in his field.

But it isn't just Bryan’s charm that has made him one of the most effective and successful agents in the city. He is diligent and tireless about scanning the market for the right apartment for his clients and he knows where to look. He’s a highly tuned in guy and smart as a whip. Bryan knows exactly how to give his client a competitive edge in the highly competitive business of securing a lease on a desirable apartment in Manhattan.

Born and raised in New York City, Bryan majored in Computer Information Systems at Baruch College and is currently continuing his education in Business Administration. His sense of humor is infectious and helps to take the tension out of the fast-paced, high energy of the rental process. He enjoys solving the diverse challenges and circumstances that each new day brings to his career as an agent.

Bryan is a gifted bass guitar player who performs regularly throughout the New York Metropolitan area. He loves jazz fusion, blues and rock and roll and often collaborates with other musicians at Manhattan Apartments, as well as with those in his personal circle.

Since 2004, Bryan has been successful at being a Real Estate agent, now working at Bond New York . Utilizing the specific strengths, knowledge and talents of their colleagues, they provide astonishingly effective service to each of their clients. Together they easily execute more transactions, and find homes for more people than most real estate firms in New York. If you’re looking to rent, buy or sell an apartment in New York, the time you spend with Bryan and his team will be a worthwhile investment towards meeting your real estate goals.

Bryan worked hard to make sure we got the apartment we wanted. He and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Firstly, I have interacted with many brokers through Naked Apartments. I have had some good experiences and some bad ones. However, I have never bothered to review any broker as somewhere I believe my opinion may not be correct about a particular individual just by corresponding through few emails or a phone call. Neither can I be judgmental about people. However, this is the first time I felt the need to review. I have no doubt Bryan might be a Hall of Famer for a few who reviewed him, but for me he was thoroughly unprofessional.
Bryan seemed to be very warm at first and immediately responded to my email. However, having been to Manhattan Apartments (and having dealt with 2 brokers from this firm), I requested if we could directly meet at the apartment itself. Professionally, every company keeps a track/ database of their customers/clients. Going by this assumption, I mentioned to him, as they already have my information, it would probably be advisable to directly meet at the apartment
To which, there was a very curt reply asking me to deal with whoever I dealt previously at Manhattan Apartments. At first, I thought maybe I didnt communicate appropriately over text messages and hence decided to call and explain what I meant. Very conveniently my call was cancelled and I had no reply from him hence.
If this is how you treat an earnest assumption (tracking client information: a form which I had filled with Manhattan Apartments prior), with such a response, in my books Bryan has been completely unprofessional.
I'd have liked to work with him in getting my new apartment (especially going by the previous reviews) but turns out to be quite the contrary.
I may have been generous in giving him a 2 star but that is only because he responded to my email promptly with a phone call.
Having said that, I wouldnt be working with brokers inflated egos and who cannot work with clients in a small budget.

Having had the opportunity to work with Bryan was a pleasure. He was prompt at returning my calls and emails, he narrowed my search of an apartment down to the ones that best fit my description and he was actually so good at his job the first apartment he showed me I decided to lease! I would recommend Bryan to anyone looking for leasing opportunities in and around the city.

I would never work with him again. Do not trust.

(I am only giving one star because I cannot submit without any.)

Bryan is great! He's fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I arrived in his office a little after 1 p.m. this past Saturday, and within 15 minutes, he gave me a list of 6 apartments. I spent about two hours viewing all 6 apartments, and to my surprise, every single apartment he listed is not only within my budget but also very high-quality. I ended up finding an amazing place in midtown, and finished all the paperwork by 5 p.m.! I highly recommend Bryan to everyone, especially starters and international renters. I will definitely go back to him when I buy my own home!

Arrived to find out that the apartment I was promised I would be able to see, either didn't exist or was never really available. Waited 20 minutes sitting at the desk while the broker tried to find the keys to the apartment...gave up and he said he would contact me later about the keys. Did contact me the next day, but by that point I was over it.

Bryan was incredible! My boyfriend and I had seen one of Bryan's listings on Nakedapartments and so we went in to meet with him last Saturday to see an amazing 1br. The minute we decided upon this particular apartment (which was the moment we saw it), Bryan immediately jumpstarted our application process. I've never seen an agent work so hard and so fast! We came in at noon and by 5pm, we were approved for this apartment. We cannot be more grateful for his kind, compassionate and professional demeanor. He made what's usually a stressful and taxing process, easy and fun! Thanks so much, Bryan!

Bryan was a pleasure to work with. He truly listened to my concerns in the apartment search and found me an apartment that fit all of my needs. He was never pushy. He also worked with the landlord to adjust the terms of the lease to my needs. I would definitely contact Bryan again next time I am apartment searching to reduce the stress!

Bryan was very helpful and patient with my roommates and me - this was our first time apartment hunting in New York City and we didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. He sent us to an awesome apartment that was exactly what we were looking for, and then kept in constant communication with me to make sure we did everything necessary to get that place. He's definitely a good guy to work with!

Very helpful and responsive. No pressure to "decide and stop looking". No problem could not be overcome; and since I was arriving from OS with no credit rating or rental references, this was a huge help. Nice guy too.
