review date 05/01/2013Quick responses at first. Set up and appointment to see the apartment but he wanted to reschedule, which was totally fine with me, but when I tried to reschedule he stopped responding all together. Never heard back.

He picked up and ran with an initial inquiry, quickly sizing up our needs and pain points in the apartment search and coming up with targeted listings and viewing opps that met our needs. It was aparent that he was working for us in the background, resurfacing when we weren't even expecting with new leads. He has a clear pulse on the market and is seasoned in working with clients and landlords to seize and close on opportunities in a timely fashion. review date 01/11/2013Brian responded immediately, showed us a place that didn't work out in Crown Heights and followed up with an amazing apartment in Fort Greene. Really available, really responsive, and super friendly and understanding about how nitpicky we were! I looked at like 15 apartments in the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights/Clinton Hill/Fort Greene area and the only good ones I saw were via Brian.
