Although my credit was not in the best of shape and I was looking for an apartment that met a plethora of requirements, Brian was accommodating in every way possible.

Although I ended up sacrificing on certain amenities, Brian made the entire experience, beginning to end, very pleasant.

Brian Responded to my inquiry immediately. He let me know exactly what paperwork was required to get an approval for the apartment and made his best efforts to pre-qualify me.

I loved the very first apartment he showed me, and he was able to get me approved for the apartment within 1 day. He even got my dog accepted without a pet deposit even though the listing had originally said cats only.

I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Brian responded to my initial request a few days after I contacted him. After getting his attention (though by this time, the place I inquired about was already rented), he was very quick responding to my emails. We agreed to a meeting location and time a day before meeting, and he said he would text me the morning of the meeting to confirm. I did not get a confirmation from him, so I texted him to confirm one hour before the time we were meeting. He confirmed. However, he never showed up. I waited 20 minutes, called him, and texted him but he never responded. I'm a patient person and can sympathize if somebody is running late, but he never picked up his phone, didn't respond to any texts, and thus gave no explanation nor apology. Would not work with in the future.

Brian Fuller is wonderful! Finding an apartment in Brooklyn is hard. Brian responded to our initial query within minutes, made himself available to fit our schedule, and all of the apartments he showed us fit our parameters perfectly. Within one day he'd discovered a superb apartment (before it was even listed on the market!). When the negotiations took time, he was responsive, courteous and there is no doubt that his efforts made it possible to get the apartment. He never made us feel like anxious nags and I cannot recommend him enough.
