The task of finding a new home can be a frustrating and overwhelming one.  Brian Evans makes it his business to make the entire process as smooth and effortless as possible.  “I want to make things easy for my clients.  The way I do that is simple.  I just listen.”  And listen he does.  Brian spends time early on asking the questions about apartment preferences that help provide choices that best fit the criteria of each client.  While out on each appointment he takes detailed notes, recording the feedback on each apartment in an effort to hone future searches until he can find the perfect fit. When working with Brian, those seeking a new home get an honest appraisal of the marketplace.  “It’s difficult to know what your money can really get you before going out with a qualified real estate agent.  I do everything possible to stay knowledgeable about the current market conditions and pass that knowledge on so that my clients can make an informed decision when buying or renting their new home.” Born and raised in Brooklyn and a current resident of Manhattan, Brian has an unparalleled passion for New York. “I love this city.  It has an energy that makes you feel like you can do anything. “  When not selling or renting the best apartments in Manhattan, Evans writes and directs independent films.  He has over ten years experience, and much of his work has been featured at prestigious New York venues such as Lincoln Center and The Brooklyn Academy Of Music.  In addition, Evans spent several years as a television producer conducting on-camera interviews with some of the entertainment industry’s top talent including Jamie Foxx, Samuel Jackson, and Grammy winner Alicia Keys. When asked what his experience in film and television brings to his clients in real estate, Evans had this to say.  “In entertainment you learn to treat everybody like a celebrity. Make each person you deal with feel special, be professional and always do your best to anticipate their needs.  Do that, and you’ll never go wrong.”
