Brian Carr

With his home in the Financial District and immediate family who live in the Upper West Side, Greenwich Village and Upper East Side, Brian Carr brings to his clients an extensive knowledge of all Manhattan neighborhoods. Before entering the real estate industry, Brian worked in finance as an option trader for LETCO and Toronto Dominion Bank in New York and Chicago. He is a former member of the American Stock Exchange. More recently, Brian represented Actant, a leader in derivatives trading software, on the New York Stock Exchange.

Brian is a native New Yorker and an alumnus of Chaminade High School, Le Moyne College and Pace University where he received his MBA degree. He’s traveled throughout Europe and especially enjoys visiting family in the counties of Donegal and Cork in Ireland.
