With his home in the Financial District and immediate family who live in the Upper West Side, Greenwich Village and Upper East Side, Brian Carr brings to his clients an extensive knowledge of all Manhattan neighborhoods. He loves the diversity, energy and creativity that are inherent in each New York City neighborhood.

As a member of the Real Estate Board of NY Brian has access to thousands of listings in New York City. Whether you are looking for a home or an investment property, he will work with you to find an apartment that meets your requirements and guide you through the complex New York City real estate market. Brian was awarded the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

Before entering real estate Brian worked in the software industry. He represented Actant, a leader in derivatives trading software, on the New York Stock Exchange.

Brian has also worked in finance as an option trader for LETCO Specialist in NYC and as a Sector Manager in equity derivatives for TD Options in Chicago. He is a former member of the American Stock Exchange and a former trading floor official.

Brian is a native New Yorker and an alumnus of Chaminade High School, Le Moyne College and Pace University where he received his MBA degree. He’s traveled throughout Europe and especially enjoys visiting family in the counties of Donegal and Cork in Ireland.
