Brandon Walker is more than your ordinary real estate agent; he is a fine home specialist who has spent his entire career acquiring the necessary knowledge needed to advise and direct his clients to their perfect home. The Michigan native came to New York City because of the city’s irrepressible buoyancy. The melody of cultures, experiences and opportunities this city has to offer attracted Walker. Being a family man growing within the spirit of hope and discovery, Walker, his wife and 19 month old son branched into the New York lifestyle both personally and professionally.
Conversely, the now upper east side resident has an impeccable eye for the art of architecture and fundamental construction. Walker‘s father was a carpenter so he had the privilege during his childhood to go to job sites at beautiful mansions where he fell in love with luxury homes. At an early age, Walker knew he would be involved in real estate and like so developed a successful career in construction management. . “It taught me a lot about the value added by finishes, construction material, moldings etc. and allows me to make recommendations as a professional to service their needs. I'm not a salesman; I'm a consultant that has a great closing rate.”
Walker specializes in the Financial District and Battery Park City. In his spare time, his hobbies revolve around self-improvement through exercise, reading nonfiction, experiencing new places, cultural exploits and writing. More importantly, he enjoys spending quality time with his son and wife around the city. Walker explains that some of his best memories here are that of seeing his son play in the parks, the children's museum, and swiping a metro card for the first time. Walker aspires to bring that same kind of joy to his clients.
