Bob Adler, a Senior Associate licensed real estate salesperson working in Citi Habitats Columbus Avenue office, believes there is a perfect apartment waiting for everyone. Whether it’s a rental, co-op or condo, Bob believes there has never been a better time to find that apartment. As a New York native who was born and raised in Manhattan, Bob knows this city and has come to specialize on the Upper West Side.
The Upper West Side is one of the city’s most popular areas and is likely to appeal to the widest cross-section of people because it has diversified housing, from traditional brownstones to early 20th century apartments to new condos, and it has transportation and recreation for people in all stages of life. Not surprisingly, the Upper West Side has expanded and grown, especially in the past 15 years. “The changes I’ve seen over the years are quite dramatic,” he says. A combination of economic and educational influences has combined to redefine this neighborhood, which now extends from Columbus Circle to beyond Columbia University.
Before starting in real estate, Bob had a successful career as an advertising executive where he advised clients how to invest their advertising and media budgets. Bob is still dedicated to the same level of client-focused service for people who are investing their own money in their quality of life in Manhattan.
